Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about finding US conferences, listing your event and email alerts.

Is ConferenceAlert.org free?

Yes. Searching conferences and listing your own event are both free.

Which conferences are listed?

Only international conferences, symposiums and workshops that take place in the United States.

How do I find conferences in my state or city?

Pick your state on the map on the home page, or type a state or city in the search box. Each state page lists its cities.

What does "Deadline" on a listing mean?

It is the last day to send an abstract or paper, as given by the organizer. "Deadline passed" means the call for papers has closed.

How long does a new listing take to appear?

Usually less than one working day. Every new or edited event is reviewed first.

Can I change or remove my event?

Yes. Sign in and open "My events" in your dashboard. Edits are reviewed again before they go live.

Is ConferenceAlert.org the organizer of these events?

No. We list events; the organizer named on each page runs the conference. Please contact them about registration and fees.
